June 11th 2014 we had an RE inspection to see how the Christian values effect the running of the school and how we teach the values of other religions to the children. The distinctiveness and effectiveness of St Mary’s Church of England Primary School as a Church of England school are outstanding.

The school is totally committed to its Christian foundation, and to serving the community by providing education of the highest quality. The school’s mission statement “Learn, Love and Believe” underpins every aspect of its work, allowing each pupil to flourish, and to progress in spiritual awareness.”
